McDonald's in Toenisvorst

Orders are 90% wrong when they are handed out. Not just once, but umpteen times. Sometimes only sauces are missing, often whole burgers. Incredibly poor quality of service.

Too slow

Impossible. Was there just now and completely unable to take orders. She couldn't get the orders or the payments either - and not just from us. When we got our menus and I questioned my order again. With the comment - I didn’t pack it, we had to keep going. Now I've paid a lot of money and got an inferior menu. This is also how you can make money.

Unfriendly staff ... they ask me at the second window if there was anything else than the Mc Flurry ... without words, I at least expect the staff to know what I am ordering. Waiting times were ok a recommendation this is definitely not

Often long waiting times even when there is little activity and unfortunately one or the other is missing from time to time. In return, the staff are very friendly, the shop is clean and the food has always been fresh and hot

First and last time, this is really a juice shop.

The protective measures are great and the service sometimes has to wait a little longer, but I'm always satisfied with the goods

I like to visit this McDonald's branch .... Almost everything is ok, but in Mc Drive there is often a lack of sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise .... curry sauce .... or the fruit nonsense at the Happymeal several times ....

We were there at noon, it was associated with a little waiting time. Many students were there, it was outside of the holidays. Food was used to mc Donald's quality. Unfortunately a mistake was made when ordering, but it still tasted good.

Nice and clean business that is well run and fun to shop.

How hard is it to pack 10 items in one bag? Obviously too heavy, because the drink and a portion of French fries were missing from the menu in the Happy Meal. The burgers were more lukewarm than warm. The bad thing is, it's not the first time, but that's really bad, although I have often pointed out lukewarm burgers and missing items that you no longer pay attention to its quality. We'd rather turn right at the intersection in future. After all, our colleagues at Burger King have managed to pack 10 out of 10 items in one bag so far.

There are no corona rules there. The guests just sit down wherever they want. No distance is maintained, let alone the tables cleaned and disinfected after use. The food was normal, but I won't go there again.

We go to Mc.D. more or less regularly. When the restaurant in St. Tönis was open, we only experienced once that everything was complete, otherwise something is always missing. Mayo, ketchup, or french fries. You can get this on request. Tip: Always keep the receipt to prove it. In the meantime we have already made a ritual of typing beforehand what will be missing this time. Otherwise cleanliness and food everything was OK.

Very unfriendly employees at the drive in. The time of day is difficult for them to say good evening. Not good appetite and have a nice evening, as I'm used to at McDonald's drive in. Unfortunately had no time was in transit and had an appointment point otherwise I would have brought it back. If they are already training staff, the young people should be taught what politeness is and that there is a time of day good morning good day good evening. That shouldn't be that difficult.
